Before you call

Which option might fit you? Three questions.

A general starting point, not legal advice. Every case turns on its details, and an attorney will go through yours in the consultation.

1. Where are you right now?

Your starting point will show here

Answer the questions and we'll show the most common route for someone in your situation, the typical flat fee and what to bring to a consultation.

Fees

Flat fees, published. No hourly bills.

Ranges for common cases. Your exact price goes in writing after the consultation, and it doesn't change unless your case does.

Attorney fees. Government filing fees are paid separately.

How a case runs

Four steps, and you always know which one you're on.

Your client portal shows where your case stands, which documents are missing and the next date. No calling to ask.

  1. Week 1

    Consultation

An hour with an attorney, in person or by video. We go through your history and tell you honestly what your options are.

  2. Week 1 to 2

    Strategy and fee in writing

You get a written plan: what we file, in what order, what it costs and how long it usually takes.

  3. Week 2 to 8

    We prepare and file

Your paralegal gathers documents with you from a checklist. Your attorney reviews every page before it goes out.

  4. Until the decision

    Interview and decision

We rehearse the interview with you and come with you on the day. We stay on the case until the final decision.

Questions

What people ask on every first call.

Not here? Bring it to the consultation, or message us and we'll reply within one business day.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Your passport, any immigration papers you've received (visas, I-94, USCIS notices, work permits) and a rough list of your entries to and exits from the US. If you're missing something, come anyway.

Is the consultation confidential?

Yes. What you tell us in a consultation is protected by attorney-client confidentiality, whether or not you hire us.

Can you help if I'm not in Miami?

Yes. Immigration law is federal, so we represent clients across the country and abroad. Most of our consultations happen by video.

What if USCIS asks for more evidence?

Responses to requests for evidence are included in your flat fee. We'll tell you exactly what's needed and prepare the reply.

Can you guarantee the outcome?

No honest lawyer can. What we do promise is that you'll know your real options, the price and the risks before anything is filed.
